First-Time Unboxing Video And Photos: To Process An Exchange Or Return, You Must Take A Clear, Unedited Video Of The First-Time Unboxing Of Both The Package And The Products. The Video Should Show The Package Being Opened For The First Time And The Products Being Removed. Any Product Damage Must Be Clearly Visible In The Video During The Unboxing Process. There Should Be No Cuts Or Edits In The Video. Videos Made After Opening, Checking, Repackaging, And Then Recording Will Not Be Accepted. Additionally, Please Take Four (4) Photos Of The Package And Products To Showcase The Condition Of The Items Received.
